From the moment we arrived at NG Afyon, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness and truly 5-star service. The staff are absolutely outstanding – friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The thermal water here is simply the best we’ve ever experienced – pure relaxation and rejuvenation. The breakfast, dinner, and even afternoon tea are all included, and the quality of the food is on par with the best hotels in the world. Every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. We especially appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the team – their dedication makes all the difference. Amazing staff, amazing food, and an atmosphere that makes you feel truly pampered. Love, love, love this place – can’t wait to come back! 💛

My vacation just finished and I wanted to mention about NG Afyon.We stayed at NG Afyon Feb1-8.Our first time visiting the NG and it was absolutely wonderful. First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the NG staff that work so hard every day to make the stay enjoyable. Especially I want to tell thank you to front office manager Mr.Sener Ataguven,because he upgraded us for premium rooms.We had duplex premium room which was really unforgettable.Also Mr.Sener made very easy check in and make sure that we have everything we need.Everyone is so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall, this was definitely a 5 star experience and we would stay here again. The resort is lovely. Outdoor areas are clean and well maintained. There was plenty of seating at the pools and restaurant.The rooms was cleaned and refreshed every day. Overall, our stay at NG Afyon was a truly unforgettable experience. From the beautiful facilities & delicious food, to the amazing staff & gorgeous building,everything about this resort was top-notch. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, unforgettable, & relaxing getaway.

Séjour très agréable, idéal pour les familles avec enfant de tout âge, l’hotel fait en sorte que les conditions hygiènes soit appliqué. Le SPA est tellement apaisant. Il est tres facile de trouver de la place dans les transats, les piscines ne sont pas bondé de monde, tout simplement super!! Enfin la nourriture local est très bonne!😍 A refaire

Our stay was exceptionally good my wife and I took our mother there she normally stays at İkbal in Afyon so it was a change after 15 years at staying at ikbal and she absolutely loved it at NG Afyon and she told all her friends about her new found love for NG Afyon so we thank you for the wonderful experience NG Afyon hope to see you more often.

Great family weekend option

We spent the weekend at the hotel as a family with 2 kids. We used the thermal pools, aroma steam room, sauna, the pools and slides. They’re quite good and generally very good option to spend the weekend with family.

Great Spa, Poor Air Conditioning

The hotel lobby is like a museum, very beautiful with so many elegant pieces of art. The thermal waters were very warm and medicinal. The outdoor water slides were closed but the indoor slides were actually small but packed a punch. The food was plentiful, mostly local cuisine but good. Our biggest issue was that the entire hotel was hot! The room air conditioners did not work! We complained, they sent a technician who claimed cool air was coming our, but it wasn't. It was winter and the room was 28C. Finally we decided to just turn the air off and open the balcony door. It cooled the room down enough so we could sleep. I would not want to visit this hotel in the summer with such poor air conditioning. For a hotel barely 10 years old, the rooms are run down, carpets are fraying and we had a broken electrical outlet in our room.

Hizmet kalitesinin yetersizliği

1 gece için toplam 838 TL para ödedik yarım pansiyon için fakat akşam yemeğinde istediğimiz alkolsüz içecek (kola) için bizden 13 TL para talep ettiler. Bir yemek esnasında meşrubat için para ödenmesi çok yanlış. Ayrıca termal otel konseptinde sadece bir havuzun sıcak olması diğer tüm havuzların soğuk olması çok yanlış. Çocuk dostu bi otel asla değil. Kaydıraklı havuza 4 yaş altı çocuğun girmesi yasak. Lobi de bulunan bir bölüme 12 yaş çocuğun girmesi yasak.

Otel tek kelime ile harika, çok zevkli yapılmış. Servis ve yemekler çok iyi. Otel içinde alış veriş imkanı da güzel. Keşke daha uzun kalabilseydik. Tek sıkıntımız otele giriş ve çıkışta yolu bulmakta zorlandık. Yol ayrımında tanela ile yönlendirilse yabancılar için daha rahat olur.

Bugüne kadar kaldığım en iyi kaplıca deneyimiydi. bundan sonra tek kaplıca tercihim olacak. sadece tv kanalı olarak daha fazla türk kanalı olabilirdi birde tv ler daha geniş ekran olsa daha iyi olur. daha önce kaldığın bi otelin tv si aynanın içerisine gizlendirilmiş ve lüks bir görünüm veriyordu. siz de neden olmasın?

Havuzlarda 4yaş sınırı ve bone zorunluluğu

Havuzlarda bone zorunluluğu ve 4yaş altı çocukların çocuk havuzu haricindeki havuzlara girmesinin yasak olması bence çok saçma uygulamalar. Hele birde kendini bilmez misafirlerin havuzlardaki cankurtaranları çağırıp, çocuklar için yaş kontrolü yaptırtması görgüsüzlüğün son safhasıydı. Yemekler güzeldi. Oda temizliği güzeldi. Asansörler yeterliydi. Bidaha gidermiyim? Hayır.
