"We paid extra to be "upgraded" to the Solona tower which was a huge joke. You could hear every word spoken in other rooms/ hall. Couples were fighting and loud and very disruptive until 4am. The elevators weren't working causing 20 min wait times just to get to and from the room. It was awful. Checkout times were horrendous for elevator waits, including the parking garage elevator. I would not recommend and am very upset we paid extra for this!"

"They need to do an upgrade, with the rooms and the smell is not so pleasant. Need need bed sheets the one in the room we stay had holes and stain. Toilet not flushing properly. "

"Rooms smell like humidity and cigarettes…because people smoke in non smoking areas. The sheets are stained so I suggest bringing your own pillow and blankets. The bathroom is a bit gross my toilet was dirty. The Ac is filled with dust and it’s honestly disgusting. Need better cleaning services ASAP. Everything is as described but in poor condition. "

"I like the cement walls, I could not hear anyone in their rooms. How ever the bathroom door should be a regular door. Not with slats so others can look in. Also the glass sliding door was hard to open and close and the one door was stained white? The king bed could use 4 pillows not 3 new curtains for the glass door would be nice as there’s mold on it. The bathroom was good but there’s a smell that kept setting off my asthma something with the toilet paper roll. Other than that it was good. Bed was nice clean water pressure for shower was really good. "

"The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the room. The breakfast was great and had great options. The beds were clean and comfy. Definitely recommend it"
