Customer service, in general so week because I already ordered hotel shuttle before depart two days before but they didn’t even tell driver after arriving at the airport in the middle of night standing outside in cold weather; I waited for almost an hour until driver came"

"The staff was very friendly, especially Estgenet, Brooke, Fasika and Fanta. Solomon was our driver and went over and beyond to take us where we needed to go and even negotiated for us when shopping. My only suggestion would be for there to be some sort of live entertainment on the property for nights guest prefer to hang out at the hotel. Maybe karaoke, a small band or even a lounge singer"
