"This property is NOT IHG quality! Pros: Walkable location for downtown New London events, fairly clean, spotty customer service. Cons: This property is SEVERELY outdated and VERY overpriced. Bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom with ZERO updates to the room. The price charged ($405.95) is OUTRAGEOUS. The property definitely changes room rates based on demand and events int the area. This felt almost criminal. We do NOT recommend this property and will avoid IHG hotels due to this lack of...

"I was charged for an extra adult as an only traveler. I did get refunded when morning staff arrived. My first room had no remote control so when s t aff came to room to help look i found used condom wrappers behind the endtable. Second room ad remote but needed to be reset by maintenance. Shower had bar soap residue gooked to the shelf. Hairs stuck to walls of shower. No bugs. Linen clean. A/C worked. "

"You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep."

"When we pulled up the property looked unsafe the steps to enter the lobby were in disrepair , the side of the building had obvious signs of fire covered over with plywood and there was a huge pothole in the entrance drive. Not to mention that the overall area seemed unsafe to return to late at night. We drove away and stayed elsewhere. "

"I arrive and there’s no one at the front seat. A written sign says to “knock on door”‘which I do for several minutes. I then resort to yelling “hello, anyone here?” This goes on for 10 mins. I then call the hotel and the phone that rings is at the desk where I am standing. Finally some an employee walks through the door after “getting sone fresh air” He gives me my keys, drive around to the back to Door C, keys don’t work. Drive back to front desk only to get accused of putting the keys agains...

"We registered a room for 4 people. When we walked in. There was 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. As for staff, the only staff we saw was when we checked in and checked out. There was stuff under the bed from the previous people and on the top shelf in the closet, we actually arrived a couple hours after check in time and the previous person was just getting the rest of their stuff out of our room. I have traveled for competitive cheer for 3 years. And this is one of the worst rooms if not...

"Quiet, inexpensive, central locaton for our needs. Property is older and a little run-down, but the price was good. Perfect for us."
