"Place is incredible, sadly my short stay was ruined by staff in the towel collection area, who thought it was acceptable to shout and speak down to me for not returning a towel on the first day, which I wasn't aware I had to. For a luxury hotel it's let down by the basics. 1 towel is only allowed per person. Towels have to be returned at the end of the day, a considerable walk in the other direction of the room. "The hotel is located in a quaint village, with walking access only, you certainly have to be able bodied to stay here as there are lots of steps and inclines to get to your room. The room was spotless and had a fabulous view. The sunset from the veranda was spectacular. It is easy waking distance to Oia, the infamous village with the white and blue domed churches."
