"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a two bedroom - just a note that it is a bit of a walk from the main hotel area down the road, so if anyone has mobility issues they should be aware of that. The staff were really lovely and accommodating and offered us early check in as we arrived on the bus from Voss with all of the other tourists and I had a cranky 3 year old. "After long trip of Norway in the nutshell from Oslo to Bergen. It was so tired and when we reached Bergen train station, it was raining. The most amazing thing happened that the hotel is just beside the train station, less than a minute walk. The next amazing thing followed that the lovely staff upgraded my room to a brand new family suite. I totally enjoy my two nights stay here."
