"This property is great especially for a family of 4 with 2 young kids which was our situation. We loved the spaciousness. We also loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer ( one machine does both as is typical in Europe), especially coming off a prior week in Spain thus needing to do some laundry. The amenities are great and the location is closeby to all main attractions with short Uber rides. We would return here if we visited Lisbon again."

"The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, Wonderful location and views are breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good but not awesome . Same with the dinner. Room service was a bit slow and the soup arrived ice cold. Other than those two negatives, I’d definitely stay here again."

"Unique location! The location was next to the palace and also next to the most famous bakery in Lisbon Pasties de Belem. Staff were really helpful with clear guidance & the room was very clean. The hotel is in a crowded place, so it is naturally more noisy. If you are a light sleeper, have some sort of noise cancelling devices ( white noise machine, earbuds) with you. I recommend and I’ll go back."
