"I like the location and the free breakfast. The bed mattress needs replaced."

"The staff was nice but the hotel needs renovations. A lot of outdated items, a lot of dirty spots and stains, room had old food spots that were missed, the pool area had bugs and dirty. Even though we had a room for 4, they kept giving us 3 towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was if the food was from the previous day, very hard/dry. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the other Home2suites or hiltons we have ever stayed at."

"Upon arrival, the grounds were full of broken glass and trash. Uppn check in the front desk attendant got visibily annoyed that i didnt have a "card" for my service dog and she refused to allow me to stay on an upper floor due to my "pets must go on first floor". First room assigned the door was terribly hard to open and couldn't be shut so I requested a different room due to my physical limitations and staying for 3 nights. "Property is nice it's a good location to stay but they could clean up the pool area better and wipe things down and clean the pool. And we've asked several times when they clean their room to refill our shower soap and vacuum which they did not."

"The rear door from the parking lot was locked open providing no security. The pool was unfilled in mid-June, the cover was ripped and the leaves and debris filling it was a mosquito invested green swamp. The staff was great but the owner/management needs to make maintenance and security a priority. I wouldn't have stayed if I knew the pool and door were inoperable. The staff and ease of access to the highway are this locations redeeming qualities."

"I was travelling with a pet for a one-night stay. I booked through Expedia. The listing stated that the hotel was pet friendly, but did not state that there was an additional $25.00 pet fee per night. I found this out from the clerk who checked me in. I was not happy about that, but I paid it. The grounds were not great for pets. There was not much grassy area for pet bathroom breaks and no bags available to pick up pet waste.
