"I travel a lot and it is the very first time I stay at a hotel with such a bad and noisy bed. I think they have a metal old base. Horrific! Will never stay there again."

"I would not recommend this place. The loft was dirty when we arrived, dirt on the rug and black hairs in the shower and in the bed . The room was also about 80 degrees . We were running late for our meeting due to traffic so couldn’t address this at the time. At about 11:30pm we came back and just got our things . I sent the owner a message and asked for some kind of refund . I get that the place is old but at least make sure it’s clean . So now we were exhausted from the drive and the training event we came up for and now had to search for a room . I was told the AC was now on and that we could park on the property. We were originally told to park on the street . A small dark street . My boyfriend’s truck is not small so that was another concern. She never addressed the dirtiness of the room at all . She wanted me to call her and talk. It was now midnight . I will be taking this complaint further , no one should be booking this attic room in this condition . If guests are expected to check in at 3pm , at least have the decency to turn on the air and get a cleaning service . Extremely disappointed in this unprofessional Inn!!! Do not waste your money "

"The staff were very helpful & pleasant. I had the insurance and could easily refund one night since my trip was cut short by one day. And the staff immediately took care of it and with good manners. The rooms have coffee maker, coffee, ice bin, hot and cold cups, ironing board and an iron, hanging rack and plenty of hangers, my room did not have a closet, it had small refrigerator (not very cold) but my food didn’t go bad overnight; microwave (I didn’t use). The shower gel is very small so bring your own soap or maybe get more at the desk. There was a blow dryer however I didn’t use it to know if it was working or not.view isn’t that great, so don’t keep your hopes up. The top corner of the curtain in my room was ripped which made it look unpleasant . The hotel itself, could use some update and fresh paint on the walls would be great. However, there was nice artwork on the walls yet the overall look was old and something was missing. There was complementary coffee in the lobby which was a plus. Overall, I would’ve enjoyed it more if it looked more updated but it was fine for my needs because I just had to take care of work agenda. I would go back if the atmosphere is better and the lobby looks better. Overall, their room was fine. Please give my thanks to the staff."
