"This property is not as pictured. It was my opinion the pillows were lumpy rocks, my husband said they were tolerable. The elevator was not clean. The shower and products were decent. The reality is these “nicer hotels” are barely elevated from a budget, budget hotel. "

"Staff was great, but the facilities were in really poor repair. The hot water heater was broken on day one, barely warm showers. The pool heater is busted, but you could go swim next door. The bathroom tiles were loose, they would shift when standing on them…there was no grout between the tiles either. A rusty spot on the wall where a pipe was coming through. It’s a cheap stay and you’ll know why when you get there. "

"The hotel was disgusting. Nothing was clean, from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms. We switched rooms because the first room was gross...floors stained with unknown red substance and large unknown stains and didnt appear to be vacuumed, bed sheets dirty, furniture full of dust...we switched rooms, and the second was just as bad. Unknown white stains on the chair and floor, bed sheets stained, floor not vacuumed, hair on the sink, sticky substance on bathroom floor, no fire/smoke detector,...

"I liked the hotel in general and for the price it was just ok, because I am not sure that the bed had been changed or at least there was a hair on sheets and a (?) coffee stain on the comforter. Breakfast was the usual mid range hot breakfast fare, not bad, not made fresh there. Staff friendly. "
