"Perfect stay! It’s like staying in a comfy Airbnb bedroom and bathroom, and with shared kitchen and grounds! But not the Airbnb price! Super cool place. We’ll definitely be back."

"The staff was really great, and the property was pretty clean and safe. We went to a car show in downtown Petaluma the following day and our classic cars are safe in the parking lot, all night long. This place is also not far from a bunch of good places to eat. Mainly for breakfast, there is a Henny Penny, right across the highway. But, they also serve free breakfast in the morning, and that wasn’t a bad deal at all. There weren’t too many negatives. One was, the pool was dirty and didn’t make you wanna jump in it. Number two, if you don’t like a firm mattress, you will not sleep well. Maybe they have a different room with the softer mattress, I didn’t ask. Number three, the cable channels are terrible. And finally, and most important, I’ve stayed at nicer places for cheaper."

"Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator."

"This hotel isn’t perfect; parking is a little clunky (but works), rooms are not large (but charming), and there’s no room service. Having said all that, my wife and I LOVE this property! Located in the heart of Petaluma, a town that’s special to my wife and I, this beautiful old hotel has more than enough charm to make up for other amenities you might not find. Give it a try, you love it!"

"We requested a king with a sofa and got a 2 Queen handicap accessible room. The water from the shower would only flow from mid level so I took a kid shower and had to stoop. It’s a very nice and clean hotel so I would recommend others confirm you are getting the right room. We checked in after midnight so we were too tired to complain after entering our room. I got the feeling the staff was annoyed at our late check in, our SFO flight arrival delayed us 5 hrs so this was unavoidable !"
