This was so soo perfect for my friend and I just needing somewhere to lay our heads after a massive hens weekend in Glenelg. Such a convenient location, super affordable and the customer service was fantastic but guuuuys don’t book it if you’re wanting a luxury stay.. it was not filthy but it was definitely not clean, the curtains were about as useful as cellophane which was hard work for the post hens night sleep in we were hoping for. Also the towel rack in the bathroom broke simply from me trying to open the door but I'm betting someone from a previous booking had broken it and popped it back on like they hadn’t bent a hooker over after a steamy shower sesh and slipped on the innocent towel rack….ANYWAY overall I’d book again for fun times, just keep your expectations where they belong.

Great place to stay if down glenelg end of adelaide. Quite, walk away from the beach and shops. Great price for location too. Will definitely be back.

Perfect spot for shopping eating beach etc. the main area of the room was very good I.e. clean, spaceious amenities including sink, cutlery, microwave etc. only area that needs a good scrub or upgrade is the bathroom.

Unfortunately the freezer on the fridge had no lid on it so all our food froze and had to throw out. The TV sound couldn’t go up or down and was too loud to keep on. Noisy boys in both units next to us came home at 3.30am in morning and the walls are so thin we heard every swearing word.

Great stay. Plenty of room and convenient to everything you could want on Jetty Road. Great public transport options to town or Marion. Very reasonably priced. Will stay again.

Apartments not serviced daily, so if you ran out of anything (toilet paper, coffee, towels etc, it was not quickly replaced The phone/email contact we had with the staff was friendly and helpful

Nicely surprised
I was nicely surprised, thought it was a great 3 star room close to Jetty Road. Loved having a code to the door and not worrying about a key and loved I didn't have to check in, paper work etc. Netflix on tv, good supplies. Quiet, but had aircon on for noise barrier I'd stay again keeping in mind its basic , clean and awesome location for $

The website said there was a pool. I chose the place for the pool as I have kids. I was only informed when I asked that it wasn’t in use. The fold out couch bed was very uncomfortable, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, our door lock was broken and had to be fixed and we had to go out. The phone was often unattended. We were told that it was safe to leave our things in the room with a broken lock and that the attendant would watch our stuff but we couldn’t see her. The bedroom is very hot. The bright outdoor lights come through the blinds at night making it hard to sleep. The only real positive was the location but I would have been happy to be further from the beach with a better place. I was disappointed

Easy contactless check in. Clean, large accommodation. Able to contact staff if required. However, the pool is not available to guests which was disappointing. It was one of the reasons we booked here.

Booked a room for last night thru hotel.com and $135 was deducted from my bank ac. Half an hour later I received a text message saying my booking has been cancelled due to brust hot water system. I am going around circle to get the refund.

It's very close to Jetty road so easy to have access for food. I had a problem with the electricity from one of the units and they immediately send someone out and moved me to another (upgraded) room. Will definitely make use of them again and can highly recommend.

Another great stay at The Taft
The Studio we stayed in was very pleasant and roomy. The beds are very comfy and the kitchenette was well stocked which enabled us to eat in and make use of the Smart tv and Netflix. All queries and requests are expertly handled via message or phone by Leah who is very pleasant and professional.
