Room was clean enough to my comfort. It's not a Holiday inn Express you get what you pay for. The staff was excellent thanks to Mrs.Bonnie. The Dollar General and convenience store are right around the corner.

The cleaning lady Miss Bonnie is absolutely phenomenal. Her and her hubby work their bottoms off to keep the rooms clean and comfortable! I love being greeted by their welcoming smiles and brief chats. I often travel to this motel just to get away from life time to time!

The main sleeping room was pretty good, sheets were clean, hard surface floor appeared clean and fairly new, sink area fine …. Tiniest bars of soap you’ll ever see! Towels were kinda worn and scratchy. Now …. Let’s talk about the tub and toilet area. Tub was obviously resurfaced and paint badly peeling, tile /grout and floor kinda icky. Used a towel in the tub to stand on while showering. No kleenex, no coffee maker (we travel always with both, so not a big deal for us). Check in is at the convenience/gas station which is a first for me. Pillows were cheap (again, I always have my own with), bed not horrible, not great. Very close to interstate exit, so kinda noisy.
