The staff was very friendly, especially Estgenet, Brooke, Fasika and Fanta. Solomon was our driver and went over and beyond to take us where we needed to go and even negotiated for us when shopping. Hotel Lobelia
Clean and comfortable room, excellent airport shuttle service, friendly and helpful staff, particularly in the housekeeping department, breakfast can be better and the carpet in common area needs to be renovated urgently.
