Very nice style of hotel. Rooms are equiped with old fashioned furniture. It looks very luxorious. Breakfast was also good. We had some issues with lights but hotel stuff solved it imediately.

Central location - Good Price for Decent Service

The hotel is at a central location, where you can easily reach to the historical center, river bank and main shopping streets of Adana. The hotel staff was friendly, they provided a free upgrade to our room. The style of the hotel is a bit too classic for my taste, the rooms are equipped with classic items and furniture. One thing about the hotel was that there were a lot of idle items in the corridors of the hotel, like spare beds or furniture that was not in use. This causes an unpleasant look and not a good impression. The provide an acceptable breakfast service. Overall compared with the price level it can be evaluated as a decent price performance hotel.

Kaya Premium rahatlıkla kalınabilir oteliniz.

Otel merkezi bir yerde ve gayet de kalınabilecek bir otel. Ailecek kaldık genel anlamda memnun ayrıldık. Eleştirebileceğim tek şey ekstra yatak ücreti alındı çocuk için ama yatak kalitesiz idi ve hemen iki büklüm oluyordu.Çocuk normal yatak da bizimle kaldı. 2 kişilik aile iseniz rahatlıkla kalabilirsiniz. Yürüme mesafesinde yer here gidebiliyorsunuz. Özetle Kaya Premium Adana'da kalınabilecek bir otel ve tavsiye olunur.

Oda dizaynı güzel banyo tarafı biraz daha iyi olabilirdi sıkışık wc duş,Resepsiyon personel güler yüzlü ve yardım sever.Bize verilen odaya gidiş yolu ilginç resepsiyon arkasından 1 kat aşağıya inip bir kat yukarıya merdivenle ve eşyalarla çıkılması zorladı yola yakın olması ses yalıtımının olmaması yoldan geçenlerin ve yan odadakilerin sesi yanınızdaymış gibi rahatsız ediciydi dinlenemedik açıkcası yada internetten ayarlayanlara orasını veriyorlar yine bir ayrımcılık olabilir.

Temizlik

Otelin konumu, personeller, odanın büyüklüğü son derece güzeldi. Tek olumsuz yanı temizlik yatak çarşafları, yastık kılıfları, banyo duş ve lavabo havluların durumu çok kötüydü, çalışan personelin ihmali diyecem ama malesef lavabo muslugundaki kit bir günlük ihmal değildi 201 numaralı odada kaldık bardakları yıkamama rağmen üzerindeki lekeler geçmedi. Temizliğe biraz özen gösterebilirirse tekrar düşünebilirim bu hali ile bir daha konaklamayı düşünmüyorum
