RISCALDAMENTO ROTTO!

Nulla da eccepire su pulizia e camera, ma non funzionava il riscaldamento e non siamo state avvisate dallo staff della struttura, mancava coperta in camera, quindi pernottamento terribile per il freddo.

God beliggenhed.

Super beliggenhed i flotte historiske omgivelser. Hotellet er kendt som et spa hotel og når man booker skal adgang til spa område, som er meget lille tilkøbes oveni.

This hotel is a little dated. Nothing was a disaster but I offer the following notes:- 1) Shower cubicle is too small unless you are an anorexic midget. 2) Wifi didn't work in the room - only the lobby (where it was excellent). 3) Spa pool was clean but basic and needed refurbishment. 4) Soundproofing minimal with 6am wake-up call from street garbage collection. 5) Parking (on the street) difficult needing to be topped up every morning before 8am by getting another ticket. 6) Hotel decor a little depressing and gloomy. Having said that, location is excellent and the staff service was difficult to fault.

Pulito e confortevole ma vetusto

Acqui Terme è un paesello carino ed il soggiorno presso l'hotel è stato piacevole. Camera pulita, personale cortese, ottima posizione, colazione fantastica, ma la struttura necessita di numerosi interventi. Era un Grand Hotel 20 anni fa ora, soprattutto la zona benessere, dovrebbe essere rinnovata. Da rivalutare quando restrutturato.

L’edificio è eccellente così come la beauty Farm (non di enormi dimensioni ma confortevole ed adeguata alle esigenze di un turista che, come noi, ha fatto due giorni ad Acqui). La nostra stanza (junior suite), aveva grandi dimensioni, era pulita ma di vecchio stile. Quadri inguardabili dietro al letto, testiera di legno scuro ed una tv con un piccolo schermo a tubo catodico con 10 (più o meno) canali nazionali. Il bagno cieco. Il servizio bar della colazione non all’altezza: il caffè ordinato è arrivato dopo circa 30 minuti .. la focaccia invece è eccellente(ed in generale, il buffet è ricco e vario). Insomma, con qualche tocco di modernità ed un po’ più di attenzione , potrebbe essere restituito a pieno titolo il “grand” all’hotel.

Lage perfekt , 4* ???

Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, direkt an der Fussgängerzone mit guten Restaurants. Suite war grosszügig, leider die Dusche nicht im Verhältnis zum Zimmer, zu klein. Morgenessen, musste zuerst ein Kellner suchen für den Kaffee, Rühreier trocken und kalt, Speck trocken und kalt , hart gekochtes Ei war faul. 4* Hotel, das die besten Zeiten hinter sich gelassen hat, lebt von der im Hause gelegen Therme.

Da dimenticare

Grand hotel: l’esterno e l’imponenza della hall ti incantano ma passati i primissimi momenti ti accorgi che l’albergo vive sui fasti di un tempo ormai passato. Tutto nelle parti comuni ti comunica un senso di abbandono. Divani ciancicati, fiori secchi di dubbio gusto vetrate in sala colazione con spifferi notevoli Le camere da letto pur spaziose sono arredata in maniera dozzinale, letti mal fatti, copriletti troppo grandi e sommier dei letti di colore diverso. Tv con tubo catodico,da modernariato,senza digitale terrestre, frigo bar totalmente sfornito. Bagno microscopico, pulizia molto ma molto sommaria. Colazione alle 9.30 di domenica mattina: vassoi vuoti e non sostituiti Da dimenticare Ps : la direzione dell’hotel mi ha riconosciuto uno sconto del 25% sul conto totale in seguito alle mie lamentele

Hotel raffinato ad Acqui Terme

Ho alloggiato diverse volte presso il Grand Hotel Terme e ritengo che stiano migliorando alcuni aspetti dell'accoglienza, come il confort delle camere. La colazione e' sempre ottima e varia e il personale della reception molto gentile e disponibile. Avrei gradito una stanza più spaziosa ma nel complesso il soggiorno e' stato piacevole e rilassante.

good breakfast. bed sagging somewhat. great location. made reservation for massage and was told (at spa) that would need to purchase access to full spa facilities to get a robe and slippers. ridiculous! spoke with person at checkin desk; he had housekeeping provide robe and slippers at no charge. housekeeper picked up dirty towel from the floor and hung on the towel rack; it was on the floor for a reason. town was lively--food festival going on. fabulous restaurants; hard to choose. carpet in hotel stained and dirty--needs to be replaced. great shower. no plastic cups provided in bathroom; found in mini bar on second day. massage not worth 85 euros for 50 minutes; not deep enough to do any good. no face cradles, so neck was quite tight until finallt got to turn over.

Bel hotel mais prestations insuffisantes

Chambre très spacieuse, un peu défraichie, bon lit. La poubelle de la salle de bains n'avait pas été vidée, seul du savon est fourni (pas de shampoing,..) aucun document expliquant le fonctionnement de l'air climatisé, de la télévision, du wifi (connexion impossible pour les chambres en bout de couloir). Petit déjeuner dans une salle magnifique, très beau service, nappes blanches mais... fruits au sirop en boite, pains industriels, jus industriels, pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles

A questo prezzo è da provare!

La camera non era pulita bene, c'era polvere sui comodini e sulla tv ( ancora a tubo catodico con pochissimi canali) la colazione non è da 4 stelle, ma l'hotel stesso non sarebbe propriamente un 4 stelle, ma per il prezzo di 94 euro una doppia con pernottamento prima colazione ed accesso SPA per due persone non si può di certo pretendere di più, anzi! Consigliato.

Hotel bello molto comodo perché in pieno centro

Arrivati in hotel verso le 15,00 ci hanno consegnato subito la stanza dove abbiamo trovato il kit per la Spa- accappatoio e ciabatte. La Spa prevede il percorso romano. ..il primo giorno ci hanno spiegato come fare il giro il secondo abbiamo fatto da soli..la piscina della Spa non è grandissima ma c'èra poca gente quindi non abbiamo sofferto l' affollamento. ... in complesso è stata una breve vacanza piacevole
