"Nice attractive hotel, with good patio and garden. Very good sized rooms which were serviced daily. Comfortable large bed. The bathroom was quite small,and the shower, was tiny, and with the sticking shower door, getting in and out was a bit difficult. Any one slightly claustrophobic would not be happy especially when the door sticks. The front room could be quite noisy, early evening,as the road was clearly a cut through to avoid the chaos on the main roads. That sais we had no problems sleeping. The area immediately around the hotel, looked quite dubious, with lots of rubbish and parked cars everywhere. However many of the streets around Palermo are the same. Particularly the rubbish, that said we at no time felt intimidated or unsafe walking around. The hotel is well located for sightseeing, the Parliament building,and the Cathedral are all within 20mins walking distance, the Opera House,shopping and eating area was about 30 minutes away. All in all a good friendly hotel in a reasonable area. If small locally typical,family hotel is your thing then I would definitely recommend the d'Orleans hotel. I would stay there again ."

"This was an actual working Agritourismo farm. The meals were excellent. Their wines are outstanding ( made on the property). Rooms are excellent! We will return!"

"I am not sure who photo-shopped the photos for this property. This hotel needs to state that it is a budget hotel. The description should make it clear that you do not have a bathroom in your room. The bathroom is located across the hallway of our room and makes that difficult to use. The bathroom is private and is yours that you have a key for to use. It was also very difficult to get in contact with anyone to get us onto the property. This property felt more like staying in a hostil and not the type of hotel I would chose to stay. The property was clean and the staff were pleasant."

"Unfortunately our room was a big disappointment, given the photos looked quite nice. It was located on the 1st floor, very small and dated, with minimal natural light due to the wall immediately outside the window. The bathroom was unclean and dated. The bed looked like it was from the Convent round the corner. Overall a depressing space, so we decided to immediately check out and change hotels. There maybe nicer rooms available on higher floors but I wouldn't recommend from our experience."

"The property was well located but very outdated. The bathroom was very small and the corner shower leaked all over the floor every day. Staff was helpful and breakfast was decent."
