"Our stay had both positive aspects and some areas that could benefit from improvement. The bathroom was a highlight of the room—spacious, clean, and equipped with an excellent shower. The room itself was clean and offered adequate space for a comfortable stay. However, the lack of central air conditioning was disappointing. A portable air conditioning unit was provided, but it emitted an unpleasant odor when operating and was quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a restful night’s...

"Highly recommend staying here. Excellent location, Great communication from Giuseppe prior to our arrival, he gave us all the information we needed for parking and access. Greeted kindly upon arrival with a map and suggestions for appertivo and activities for the next day. Our room was new with great air conditioning and comfortable amenities. Even a beach bag and towels for us to take on the beach. Also nice breakfast prior to check out."

"Very centrally located on the Main Street close to the Duomo Square and multiple small coffee shops to dine at. 10 minutes from the beach where you should stay right to rent a chaise for €12.5 / Day. Owners readily available to help with meet at train station, luggage walk up the stairs. Extra towels available upon request. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. No parking at all no in ZTL Zone. Two choices of breakfast offered at a close coffee shop."

Der Garten ist eine herrliche Oase der Ruhe, die Zimmer sind super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Strand könnte nicht besser sein. Vor allem aber sind Rosa Maria und Gaia einfach hervorragende Gastgeberinnen und ganz tolle, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Menschen. Sie kümmern sich wirklich mit viel Engagement um ihre Gäste und gebe jede Menge guter Tipps....

"The property is excellent in as far as its spotlessly clean, fabulous location. Breakfast was very good and staff were excellent. It can be a little noisy but I think that's most Hotels in the area. After a couple of days we got used to it and didn't take much notice, also I think because we were on the 1st floor. But that was minor. On the whole its a great hotel. Would come back."

"The staff were great. Being the slow season, they weren’t up to full staffing levels (bartender at pool infrequently). Didn’t like to have to rent towels for the pool. Breakfast was good."

"Staff seem disinterested most of the time apart from the lovely lady at breakfast. Pool is nice but I’d be concerned if I had small children as it’s quite deep throughout. I’ve never been in a hotel that didn’t have an iron- asked for one and told it wasn’t possible. Breakfast was fine - could do with another coffee machine and cartons of juice were sometimes available. WiFi in my room wasn’t working - asked reception but no help and less interest. TV worked but no English speaking stations...

"It's a very basic accommodation, but very friendly staff at breakfast. Breakfast was quite good as well! The rooms are a bit run down and doesn't exactly give any "palazzo/palace" vibe... Location is right in the middle of old town, however the hotel does not have any parking nearby (at stated on this website) so you're left alone with finding parking on the streets like everyone else ;) There is a parking place (approx 25 EUR/24h) close to the beach, not too far from the hotel (10 min walk)."

"Great location; I had a view of the Cathedral and central Piazza from my room. Very walkable to all of the main sites. Lots of restaurant choices. Only downside was the glass recycling (not controlled by hotel) that came each morning at around 7:00 am; thankfully that only took about 5 minutes and then the vehicle was gone and things were very quiet again after that. The tradeoff of the location was well worth that minor inconvenience."
