"A beautiful place to stay with great views. We weren’t able to do any tours as we both went down with altitude sickness, obviously not the fault of the hotel, but the staff we very helpful and attentive and turned what could have been a bad experience into a very pleasant stay. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange for laundry and airport transportation. The hot water is great, but not always available (depends on usage). The rooms were very clean as well. "

"BEautiful hotel on Lake Titicaca in Puno, Peru, with a dock to walk right to the lake. The staff is courteous, the room is clan and with beautiful balcony facing west and a view of sunset. The food options are limited but OK. Breakfast does have some vegetarian items for vegetarians or vegans. I was greeted with a welcome plate of alfajores (Peruvian specialty sweets) left on the table in the room at my arrival. That was nice - alfajores were delicious! Thank you Casa Andina! I had a car and have been given free parking. Gettin to the hotel and the city of Puno is a driving challenge, but with patience and lots of luck one can manage it as I did. I enjoyed in the stay at this hotel."
