"Excellent hotel. We could walk downtown near the Lake and there was also a shuttle bus. Room was quiet and comfortable. We did not book a Lake View but had a partial view of the Lake from our balcony which was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Our new place to stay in TC!"

"Although a little older, this hotel was perfect for our short stay in Traverse City. The walls, carpet and bedding in our room were all new and you could tell they were updating the furnishing as they were able throughout the hotel. The bathroom and desk/closet area were older and well used, but the room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty standard (waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit) but the staff overseeing breakfast was very attentive and eager to help. The best part of this hotel was its location across the street from the bay. There were several Adirondack chairs set out in front of the hotel so guests could watch the beautiful sunset over the east bay. Also very dog friendly with a dog water bowl in the lobby."
