"They have customer service down pat! From the very moment we stepped out of our Taxi, staff made it very clear, they wanted us to have a memorable stay. They greeted us with a big, bright, smile and a helping hand immediately. We sipped on fruit infused water as we checked in. Once in our room, the view of the planes taking off was awesome to see! Securing car service for our outings each evening, was such a breeze. The hotel has their own car service on hand to be at your beckoned call. It was wonderful. Staff exceptional. Grounds exceptional. It was fun to walk around and explore and keep finding more and more of the hotel."

"A simple but pleasant resort- no extra luxuries. Food is the same everyday in only one dinning area so we went out for dinner most nights. Prob more of a 3 star but good for a base if going out of the hotel more."

"The all inclusive concept here is really good- we stayed for 10 nights with 5 ร la carte restaurants bookings. The buffet restaurant had amazing food and we enjoyed all our meals there too. There are multiple pool areas and the aqua park is a lot of fun, as itโs just hotel guests itโs not crowded and the slides are fast enough for the teens! The WhatsApp concierge service is very prompt and reliable and any issues where quickly responded to. The beach area is really beautiful and we loved the main palm pool area. The service is excellent and I enjoyed the wine tasting that the sommelier Georgia puts on - really helpful for restaurant choices! My only criticism is as a vegetarian many main meal options contained mushrooms which I canโt eat, and in truth arenโt the first choice option for a lot of vegetarians - more variety here would be good, and twice my altered dish arrived incorrectly though this was quickly corrected. One in my party has a severe food allergy and their care with this was exemplary. Beach area is beautiful and the sea and pool were around 30c which was perfect! Fabulous resort would return in a heartbeat!"

"Above all, the Staff was fantastic. Special shout out to Nico serving drinks by the pool and the Manager who was there to greet us VERY LATE upon arrival and to suggest future Greek Islands to visit upon our departure. We obviously will come back to this location again howeverโฆ No issue getting pool loungers and the 2nd pool was perfect to catch more sun in the afternoon. Short but perfect stay and still โฌ left in my wallet as everything was very reasonably priced in Corfu."
