"The lady at the reception was not very helpful. However other staff in the restaurant and ticket office were very good. Unfortunately I have to give them an average rating."
Perle Oban Hotel & Spa
8/10 Good
"Room clean but in need of a paint touch up and carpet cleaning. Lift broken on arrival day. Property can use a refreshing. Room view was as pictured on site. Bedding very comfortable. Suggest two luggage racks. Appears others have used and scratched the cocktail table. Breakfast was well done, dinner needs to be booked - do so before arrival if an early time is required. Would be nice to have tablecloths at dinner. Bar made a good cocktail. Great location."

"The hotel, location, and food was great but the staff members seemed a bit unfriendly. They just weren’t very hospitable. :/ thankfully, this is the only hotel our entire trip that we have felt this way about."
