"Nice clean room, basic, but suited my needs perfectly"

"Room was spotless and appeared to have been recently decorated. Unfortunately there were cracks in the sink and the hotel generally looks a little tired. The hotel staff were amazing … all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Particularly Aziz at breakfast and the wonderful bartender Mal. He couldn’t do enough for us, moving furniture around and asking us if we wanted any particular music to be played. He really went above and beyond to make my 89 year old mum’s evening. "

"I would not stay here again. It's hotel prices in the middle of Manchester without hotel facilities. You've got to check yourself in using a QR code. Then they insisted on seeing ID before they would let me have my key. I told the staff that it isn't mandatory to carry ID in the UK (im not against that by the way I just didn't have anything on me Barr my phone). "This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "I have now stayed here 3times in 6 weeks I love the place staff brilliant I travel to watch Wigan at rugby league 230 miles each time as for the beds the most comfortable I have had and I do not stay in the same room different each time wake up really refreshed love the place"

"We didnt see any shops, my only reason for one low score, is that we were in room 7 on Friday 20th March. When we went to the room the smell of Fresh paint was very strong. The young lady on reception moved us to another room. Which was perfect. "
