This is my second time staying here. Last time I was with my entire family we had a connecting room. This time it was just me and my daughter. I liked that the lobby was really aesthetically pleasing. I would like for them to work on the cleanliness and smells in the bathroom. They need to be using a stronger cleaning agent for the bathrooms. They also need to scrub the tiles daily. Other than that which is huge they would have gotten more stars. This was my feedback last time. Clearly no one is really reading. While I liked the property I think I will give Kempinsky a try next time. But Moevenpick was nice. I would recommend someone to stay here if it is their first time in Ghana. Work on the bathroom cleanliness and they would be top tier.
The staff was very attentive. Issac was great also Whilomena at the reception areas very sweet and helpful. The dinning staff very nice as well. The two that worked the omlet station in the morning super nice. One of the servers did not get her name but she wore cool glasses and had a short hair cut very nice and attentive to me and my daughter kudos to the dining staff.
