Good location and views are amazinng.

The locations was in the middle of acapulco bay, exactly in front of El Amigo Miguel, my favorite seafood restaurant. There was no parking so I had to park in the street. The bath towels were old and loose edges on all towels. The bathroom had a stench that would come out of the drain so we would have to cover. And the pillows were overwhelming big, I had a stiff neck every morning. The hotel is clean, restaurant had good service and when I need ice in the lobby the would always provide.

The AC did not work in my room. It just blew hot air. I was told this is normal, but no it’s not. I know what AC is supposed to feel like and it’s not supposed to feel like an army of old people blowing hot mouth air in my face.

El hotel está algo dañado por lo del huracán, no hay internet en las habitaciones por lo que aunque haya tele no hay nada que ver, las cortinas rotas, toallas de habitación super viejas, el aire acondicionado medio trabaja, sin embargo considero que se debería recompensar con que el personal tuviera aunque sea un poco de amabilidad al atender, desde la recepción se le comento al recepcionista del detalle del internet y solo dijo que estaba mal y no podía hacer nada, en la alberca no hay toalla para salir de ella, tienes que ir a recepcion y las niegan, las personas del restaurante no son ni para ofrecerte la carta, todos con mala cara muy poco serviciales, y solo están platicando entre ellas, pareciera que desean que no estés como huésped para no tener que atender a nadie.

En general es muy buen lugar para quedarse varios días, es muy cómodo y amplio, solo que nos hubiera gustado que nuestro ventanal diera acceso a la alberca para no estar rodeando el hotel
