"This stay started rocky but the receptionist made it up to us quickly. We arrived at 3:00 pm and the hotel was fully booked and struggling to get prior guests to check-out on time and therefore have rooms cleaned and ready. "The Liwa staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, all very clean and in good working order. Although the furniture is a little old, it's clean and comfortable. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. Room service was excellent. The Liwa is very close to Abu Dhabi Mall, so it's very convenient. Thank you."
