A decoração natalina na recepção era encantadora e a equipe, desde a recepção até o café da manhã, foi extremamente atenciosa e gentil. "Ficamos hospedados na Pousada Serena e, embora tenhamos tido uma estadia tranquila, provavelmente escolheríamos outro lugar da próxima vez. O preço cobrado é um pouco alto para o que é oferecido. A pousada é antiga, e não no sentido de ser charmosa ou com proposta vintage. É antiga mesmo, com móveis, pisos e acabamentos visivelmente desgastados, que parecem não ter sido trocados há muito tempo.
O café da manhã é simples, nada muito especial, mas atende. A recepção é pequena e, quando há mais...

Great to have free parking so close to Capivary Center!
Breakfast is very good and varied even if not exactly mindblowing.
Acoustic isolation is not great and you can hear other guests and housecleaning often.
Room is good although not luxurious. No power outlets near beds (there's only one used for the lamp) is a major inconvenience."
