"La localisation et l'accueil le jour de l'arrivée. Le service a par la suite été décevant. On avait l'impression de déranger chaque fois qu'on allait au bureau d'accueil. L'appartement était très bien mais la table et le divan étaient tachés."

"This was an apartment-style hotel that was in a quieter area in the city but still within a 30-minute walking distance of all the places I had planned for my trip to Edinburgh (I love walkable cities, so this is not a disadvantage at all lol) + within a 5-minute walking distance to a convenient bus stop. "Nice and big aparthotel. We enjoyed being close to local amenities. The beds were the most comfortable from our ten days vacation. We thought the kitchenette had a hot plate from looking at the picture and in fact there are none, but pots and pans were in the cabinets just as if there was a hot plate. "I really enjoyed my stay, it was almost a new building with full facilities. It is a quietest place I’ve ever stayed . The only downside I’ve noticed was it might not be a good choice for people with disabilities or elderly, since to get to our room using stairs was inevitable. They might have other rooms to accommodate people with disabilities, so make sure you check with them in advance if you have issue with climbing the stairs. "

"Extremely pleased with the Princes St Residence. We stayed in apartment 2. The place was clean and had everything you would need. The kitchen and living room was nice and spacious.
