"We were a couple traveling from the United States, both in our later 50s. We ended up not staying in the room. After having to bring our four suitcases up two flights of stairs, our room was incredibly hot. When we opened the windows to try to cool things off, we were met by several flies and other insects. "Beautiful, quiet area, stunning little cottage and very well equipped. Owners have thought of everything. "

"Location was good. Check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable. I don’t prefer to degrade but I also want to be honest though. The room was falling apart. There is obvious water damage. Drywall was falling off walls and ceilings. Several old patches. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed and bathroom were mostly clean, but the carpet was full of hair and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were several spider webs on the walls and stains on part of the comforters....

"The room was newly renovated, and all the appliances were brand new. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and only a 15–20 minute walk to Union Square. The room itself is comfortable; however, the noise levels are quite high. Even on the second floor, street noise is very noticeable, especially on weekends. Early in the morning, the street-cleaning vehicles are particularly loud. I also had to report noise from the upper floor, as loud music and disturbances were clearly audible...
