Superb stay from start to finish. Extremely helpful staff who were always friendly and approachable and actually looked like they were enjoying their job. The executive lounge was lovely and offered a good selection of food and drinks. A lovely room with a comfy bed and the chair by the window was sumptuous! The only negative was an over bath shower (but I appreciate some people like a bath) and the odd mirror/plug situation that seems to exist in most hotels. We had a fabulous stay and will be back!

The property was cleaned and neat. The staff was wonderful and helpful. I love that they had a taxi button that we could just say could you get us a taxi and they press the button and it’s taken care of. The restaurants breakfasts were good and the bar was nice with plenty of choices.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Staff were brilliant especially the dining room staff who went above and beyond to look after our needs. The only negative aspect was the duty night staff at reception when I went down to ask about obtaining some paracetamol to help with my wife's headache. The person on duty was negative in attitude, offered no solutions to assist me. She stated that she had none, there was none [tablets] at reception. She did not offer to look elsewhere for this medication. It was not a welcoming or happy experience for me!

We booked executive rooms which where quite disappointing, water was 1 bottle poured from a tap and not even refrigerated, there was limited choice of tea bags and not even a biscuit to go with it, food in resturant for dinner was under cooked and had to be sent back, second one wasnt much better, then had bad stomach next day, internet in 1 of the rooms kept cutting out as did TV, for price paid (not cheap) expected much better quality. Beds are comfortable, pillows are great, spa was lovely and staff where exceptional expecially two women on reception. Although we would not return as have stayed in better hotels for less money it is a comfortable hotel and the staff make it.
