"Overall, property was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Especially liked the breakfast area and food choices. Only suggestion would be that the front desk be more responsive to requests for more pool towels. When we went to the pool area, there were no towels left. My daughter went to the front desk to ask for more for the additional guests that were coming into the pool area as we left. She gave my daughter 2 towels, one for each of us. I went to the front desk and told her the situation, but she made no immediate move to get more back to the pool area. Also, the floor in the pool area was wet, but extremely slippery. The property needs to somehow "roughen up" the floor or there will be accidental falls and injuries. I ALMOST fell myself, and I am agile. Someone else less slow is going to fall, and problems will arise for the property."
