"Nice place to stay in Moncton, walkable to dining, which is nice when you’re on a roadtrip. Only issue we had was some lights not working so we rearranged the little kitchen table. I would note to the owners that it’s nice the instructions are online; however when the internet goes off ( not sure why it happened but it did) there should be a binder with info as a backup."

"The hotel is in dire need of renovations. Although the staff is amazing, the hotel is being renovated, which complicates things when trying to go into the parking lot. The family room is large but the furniture banged up and carpets dirty and smelly. The air conditioning is incredibly loud. When we opened the sofa bed, we found lots of trash inside of it. We were on the third floor and some rooms are being worked on. Which means loud voices shouting in the hallway at 7am and banging on the walls...

Independent pubs and chain restaurants are within walking distance as is the creepy but inexpensive parking garage across the street. (No onsite parking for the hotel.) Although the entire check-in/check-out process is without human interaction, it is well-organized and easy to understand. "The property was very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a very good size and it was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking near the front door. We even spun a wheel and won a very nice chocolate bar. We will definitely stay there again next year on our way to PEI."
