"The sheets were not clean, there was hair from previous guests. The shower held about an inch if water in it while using."

"Older hotel, not updated in anyway. The furnishings were worn out, water pressure was weak and the water never got hot. I can only complement the staff. I was surprised at the condition when it bore the LaQuinta name. Many other hotels in the area to choose from."

"Check-in was easy except it was pouring down rain and the person on shift or an owner was parked under the covered area, so I had to get out in the rain during a storm. Overall, the property was ok for a cheap place to stay one night. The checkout process was poor. Showed they opened for breakfast at 7 but at 8:15 I had to ring the bell multiple times for someone to come to the outside window because the main door was locked. Once they answered, you could tell that they were still in bed asleep...

"This is one of the Better Comfort Suites I have stayed at. I choose Comfort a lot to stay in when I’m out of town due to the quality and the cleanliness. This one was very beautiful. The staff was very courteous and helpful and sweet. We would definitely recommend staying at this one in Bay City again and again."
