We booked the cheapest double but paid £30 to upgrade on check in. The hotel is huge and it was much more grand than I was expecting. Great location at Trafalgar Square. Hotel is clean and nice. No issues with the noise. And their complementary coffee is amazing. I didn’t like that they don’t clean your room after check inn until you leave.
