"Excellent hotel. Staff all accommodating and polite. Good selection at breakfast. Also room made up every day with everything replaced and new bottled water. Just a generally good stay."

"Almost 500 rooms but you wouldn't really know it. 24hr Reception staff were efficient, spoke English and were professional. The dining room for breakfast was roomy and well set out. Food choices were a little limited but quality was excellent. It had a bar and courtyard to chill out in. Perhaps my only negative was disability access, the front of the property had stairs, you had to walk around the side and rear entrance to gain access if you had heavy bags or were had limited physical mobility. Rooms were adequate, clean, bathroom was on the smaller side. Overall, a great place to stay."

"Disgusting!! Shower wand was broken, no soap in dispenser, shower curtain stucj to you while tryijg to shower, pillows were flat and small, homeless people outside and graffiti across te street. I felt very unsafe and tried to talk to hotel and they never responded. Talked to Expedia and was denied refund to book at another hotel. "

"Excellent boutique hotel with lovely decor in both the rooms and common areas; lovely extra touches like chocolates in the lobby! The room was extremely comfortable, the furniture and bed unique and beautiful; the bar area very inviting, and located right near a river and along a path of shops, cafes and restaurants. It's not in the Old Town but about a 10 minute drive away."

"The stay was overall decent. The room was comfortable and clean, but nothing exceptional. The bathroom, particularly the shower area, could definitely use a better design—it felt a bit inconvenient. The view from the room was quite average, which was a bit disappointing considering the price. It did feel slightly on the expensive side for what was offered. Also, the city tax was charged separately, which wasn’t very clear at the time of booking. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of value for money."

"Nice location!! Big rooms!! Kind staff! Everything was ok besides that I made a reservation for 3 addults and the third bed was very small and the third eprson didnt fit in it. So, if tou need room for 3 grown ups, this is not the hotel for you. "
