"I booked online and the description said the room had a microwave and refrigerator but the room didn’t. I talked to the clerk about it and he didn’t seem to care. He told me that no Motel 6 rooms have microwave and refrigerator. Something that I know isn’t true. The remote for the TV would only turn it on and adjust the volume. The clerk tried different remotes and couldn’t get anything to work. Then he blamed it on the weather."

"Traveled with middle aged children, Elderly live in the hotel building on first floor so anyone who walks or makes any noise on second floor catches back lash. I was accused of not complying with housekeeping although I work throughout my stay and needed rest. They harassed me about housekeeping, about my children, waited 9 days to charge me a fifty dollar fee and are very discriminating. Never again "

"For pet owners, this hotel is a huge NO! There is very little grass and the grass that is accessible is blocked by stagnant standing water or completely full of poop that wasn’t picked up by pet parents. I stayed there 7 days because I had no other choice and I wouldn’t say this unless I had enough time to observe. "

"I giess the hotel is being updated but due to lack of hot water my family did not shower our stay. Couldn't even get sand off of ourselves. There were multiple electrical shorts. Maintenance did correct most within 24 hrs. No towels or soap was provided for 48 hours. Bed linen and blankets were stained. Plus light switch was hidden behind curtain so we could not turn the light on until maintenence came by and showef us. Plus we had to change where the microwave was plugged in so that it wouldn't...

"Staff was rushing and communication was poor. Even though it was refunded I was charged for something I without knowing the amount nor that it was charge. Wasn’t aware i had to purchase a parking pass and I also had to ask the price of that because she just swiped my card for it. Not only that the property was very noisy and had a weird smell. I couldn’t sleep comfortably and the light in the room was too much that next morning. Blackout curtains would’ve been great but they had sheer curtains....

"Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two. Uncomfortable bed and not well cleaned bathrooms made me feel less than satisfied with my stay. Staff was still helpful though."
