"Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that one of the reasons that we chose the hotel was because it had a pool. We weren't given any warning that the pool was closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have stayed someplace else. We paid full rate for our stay but we weren't given all of the amenities that were promised and that was disappointing."

"This hotel fills up quickly as they are a venue for bridal showers, weddings etc. They have amazing, spacious suites for larger groups with adjoining rooms if needed. The employees are very warm and friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere."

"Hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The 4 star for amenities was due to the pool being too cold to swim in, and the fire table outside didn’t work-although staff tried their best. Our room was a queen x2 with a trundle couch, and was VERY spacious and clean. However, when we pulled out the trundle there was a lot of garbage under it, so my daughter chose to sleep with us. "Stayed one night for pleasure. Property abuts a busy road near the highway. Would recommend NOT staying on that side of hotel as it is noisy all night long. Shower drain was 95% clogged. I won't be staying here again."

"Breakfast was cold - had to microwave it and hot water and coffee was cold / even out of Kleenex and low on toilet paper and even found hair in the tub and ask for help and no one got back to me / the poor service these days and their attitude is what sucks with traveling "

"The room was very clean and bath room was clean and fresh. The shower was in disrepairas it only dispensed HOT WATER. The single knob mixing valve was not calibrated correctly to mix the water to a comfort temperature. We did not have an opportunity to inform the front desk because it was discovered in the morning just before we were getting ready for church services. We informed the front desk when we returned. They were accomodating kind and reseptive."

"I recently stayed at The Etage during a trip to Pittsburgh for a conference. My overall experience was positive from start to finish. The location was incredibly convenient- everything was within walking distance, which made my stay even more enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the space. My room felt more like a modern industrial apartment than a traditional hotel room - which was an unexpected touch. The view of downtown Pittsburg from my window was amazing...

"Property is great service great. Wish the honeymoon suite was a smoking room and having to be quiet after 10 is kind of childish when your in a honeymoon suite you know people are going to be noisy I wanted to blast my music lol. Other than that I love Jefferson hills motel"
