"Staff at front desk could be friendlier, a test fire alarm went off twice on si day and we had to pack and leave immediately, when we got to the lobby they said it was just a test, we could’ve slept longer or shower before checking out"

"Room showed wear and tear-shower could use new caulk. The lobby on the 25th floor was a let down. Very inconvenient to travel up then down to street level for everything. Reception staff was not polished-Not on brand for and Embassy Suite. Overall felt more like a 2 star hotel experience. Nothing terrible but just not what we expected."
