"All staff are customer focused and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast greeters , the room cleaners and pool staff, go above and beyond and provided excellent service.
My only criticism concerned the room as it was tired, and definitely needs attention. The bathroom plaster was falling out of the door frames, the bathroom was shabby. I had previously stayed here and the room was a higher standard, and one of the reason, I returned."

"Brilliant hotel - staff were super helpful, the hotel was gorgeous and the breakfast was amazing with so much choice!!
Needs a few more umbrella's around the pool and could do with the air con in the rooms being a bit cooler - but that been said we stayed in a heatwave with temperatures reaching 38!"
