"Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. Also the tour we booked to Knossos and Heraklion was just a private taxi taking us around and the taxi driver wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. Not the nicest. "We were two families with 3 kids ages, (2) ages 7 and 9. We loved the pool, access to the ocean, the kids club and nightly entertainment. There was also a mini mart on site in case tou need souvenirs or forgot to bring a swimsuit. We also used the spa for a body scrub, massage and my little one got a chocolate massage which she loved. The spa was great. We upgraded to the higher drinks option, we got bottled water, bottled wine, extra toiletries and robes with slippers. The desserts were great,...

"Väldigt fint och fräscht hotell. Servicen var superbra, supertrevliga människor. Städerskorna såg till att det alltid såg bra ut i rummen och maten var god. Vi hade en 10/10 upplevelse. Enda mindre bra är att det inte sker jättemycket variation i buffén. Vi åt i princip liknande mat varje frukost, lunch och middag. "

"Otroligt bra service och bemötande från incheckning tills vi lämnade hotellet. Vi bodde i ett av rummen längst ut med privat pool och egna solstolar. Vi hade halvpension bokat och kvalitet på maten var bra, samt att det var en bra variation vilket man inte alltid får vid buffé. Överlag rent och fräscht och en härlig vibe! Kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell och åker gärna tillbaka!"

"Lovely boutique hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Room was really modern and comfortable beach facilities were good as long as you booked and arrived early. Breakfast was really nice with personal service rather than buffet specific requirements were always met. Would definitely return."

"Super Hotel, eine reine Wohlfühloase! Die Lage ist nur etwas abgelegen und man kann in der Umgebung nicht viel unternehmen, es gibt nur ein Bus der in die Stadt nach Chania fährt. Die Fahrt nach Rethymno dauert zum Beispiel 2 1/2 Stunden. Mietwagen für Unternehmungen ist ein absolutes muss. Ansonsten das Hotel sehr sauber, freundlich und leckeres Essen!"
