"My family checked in first on my behalf. I came later at night to stay in the hotel at about 9pm. I went straight to front desk to request about the check in process for my family and wanted to know which room they were. My wife typo me the wrong room. In which this staff Zain was really rude. One hand in the pocket, and rudely telling me that there was no one in the said room(note that the room was typo) I then proceed to show him my email booking, he then brushed it off saying the booking...
