"1. The location is just 5mins walk to the main road and the Bt Bintang station. The streets are fine, colourful and I still feel safe solo. Still, take care. The alleys are just not too clean if you are particular. 2. The check in was prompt, staff is friendly. 3. Housekeeping staff appears overworked. I arrived after check in time, but room was not yet ready. Upon entering, used consumables exist - toiletries, table tissue, drawers with items left by previous users. Housekeeping was prompt to...

"Avoid to stay at this property. Don’t even meet a basic daily requirement. Empty wall in the bath room, can have a proper shower, nowhere to sit beside you bed!"

"We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. "
