"overall been a pleasant experience as generally the staff were very friendly. a pity though when i noticed there were no one to assist on luggages while i saw 5 staff hogging around the reception area upon my arrival, trolling in myself the luggages. something uncalled for especially from a hotel that aclaimed 5 star."

"Everything in the hotel feels special. The staff always are attentive and helpful without being overbearing. The hotel smells amazing, a scent which apparently is designed specifically for the hotel. Housekeeping come to the room twice a day - once in the morning/early afternoon (as normal) and once in the evening, just to ask if you need any cleaning, or otherwise to bring you an eye mask and a relaxation sweet to help you sleep.
