"Great customer service! They managed to capture all my special request, and even surprise me with an Eiffel Tower room (room no. 721). Anastacia greeted me and my friend and offer us to have a look first at the room which I find an extra mile service. Spacious and modern room. Cafes, restaurants pharmacy and grocery store all just down the road. For the price you pay, is totally worth it! "

"I travel a decent amount and I’ve never experienced a staff more friendly or with better service. And it wasn’t fake every single person that worked at this hotel was so helpful and kind.. our room got made up twice a day with little tgifts each night. Our needs were met immediately whether it was something in the room or help with the concierge. I’m so glad we picked this hotel. The rooms offer quite a bit more than other smaller hotels and since it’s newer, you’ll have a lot more luxuries...

"Séjour très agréable. Chambre, très propre, accueil, très agréable, tous les équipements étaient fonctionnels, chambre spacieuse pour deux personnes.
Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner qui était inclus avec la chambre, et nous avons pu nous faire livrer le plateau en chambre ., petit déjeuner très copieux avec des produits de qualité
