"Clean and comfortable. We stayed one night before our flight out of ICN and the shuttle in the morning was extremely convenient and comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet for dinner as well. Reasonably priced considering the variety of food. Very few food options in the vicinity of the hotel, so having the restaurant in the hotel was helpful."

"We stayed at this hotel which is located close to Inchon airport. Even Though they have airport shuttle service we took a taxi since we have to wait for about 30 minutes. I hope the run their airport shuttle bust to terminal 2 more often as they to to terminal 1.
Good location, clean rooms with good amenities. There are many restaurants on the site and also many eateries at food corner. They do have Korean JJimgilbang but this was on renovation so we could not use.

"Great location made me come back for three times in 6 years. I see some wear and tear signs compared to 6 years ago but still recommend to others. Had a late night departures and allowed us for 1 hr late check out."

"Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile.
My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. He was very considerable to advise me to stay in the room and he will walk (quite far and its a long walk) back to reception and send me new cards later.

"The building is older style and the room was old. There was still dust on the side bed tables. I was quite surprised. But the Club Room was worthy. The food and the alcohol was plenty enough for every dinner and the breakfast was worth the money as well. Just wished they updated the carpet and side tables and got rid of the HUGE old desk."

"Best hotel/resort I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful, everything was clean and unbelievably beautiful. The private spa was worth it! Plenty of restaurants and things to do!"
