"Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile.
My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. He was very considerable to advise me to stay in the room and he will walk (quite far and its a long walk) back to reception and send me new cards later.

"A very cool hotel for a more luxury option vs Paradise City I highly recommend. The room is amazing and once of the best beds I have slept in. The staff is friendly and accommodating! Also the service is top notch!!
