"Outstanding facility with amazing pools for everyone, kids, families and adults.
Staff super helpful and kind, proximity to Morgan and all it's beauty.
Special Kudos to the hotel staff and waiters for helping us when my daughter fell sick unfortunately. need to go back to make the most of it."

"I had never heard of this brand/group before but decided to stay with them as they had so many properties on Gran Canaria. The hotel was fantastic, like staying in a small town rather than just one building. The staff were some of the best I’ve come across and the breakfast buffet was top notch. I’ll definitely stay with this group again in the future. The area is 10 mins taxi from playa del ingles and there is a bus stop nearby that connects you to the airport."

"Staff were consistently rude and unapproachable to both myself and my wife, which completely took away from what was meant to be our honeymoon. At times, we were simply ignored, which is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone a resort of this standard.

"Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs.
