"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees.
We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room.
Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close...

"We liked the Infinity pool but the deck around it was falling apart and there was bird poop all over the railings and the deck for the entire week we were there without being cleaned.
The first breakfast we had outside a very large seagull took our food right off our plates and it happened to another couple upstairs those birds are a big problem. We did like our room very much and the hotel is beautiful.
We would not return."

"MARIVA DUNE SAN VINCENZO
1) Excellent : Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, délicieux et personnel très aimable et compétent au petit-déjeuner. Très bonne expérience.
2) Bien : emplacement de l’hébergement à deux pas de la mer et espace des pièces adapté aux familles. Proche de San Vincenzo et autres villes/villages de la région.
3) Médiocre : établissement très vieux, traces de corrosions dans les salles de bain, d’usure sur les meubles, odeurs désagréables d’égouts dans les salles de bain tous les...
