"We stayed at the heritage and had excellent service and felt very well taken care of . The food Options were very good and to reiterate, the staff were absolutely outstanding we also visited the museum across the driveway and it was a pleasant surprise all in all an A+ effort, even though the hotel itself is a bit pricey, but well worth it compared to others Arigato."

"This is such a convenient hotel to stay at since it is right next to Tokyo Station. You are able to take a train straight to Narita Airport. The hotel is a bit pricy but because it’s a fancy hotel with great staff who go out of their way. The rooms themselves are also great and the view on either side is also wonderful. If you are on the garden view side, the only negative thing I can think of is that you will hear the train but it’s nothing you can’t ignore since it’s not too loud. I haven’t...
