"the two young men at the concierge were extremely helpful! Around 20/5, they help to clear customs for a FedEx package send from HK, they helped made phone calls, print out form required, finally package was delivered. Also helped me with reporting to the health department @ the airport, on 22 & 23/5, after lots text messages & phone calls, accomplished, really appreciate their very helpful manner & attitude."
