"The hotel was at one of the cheapest price points within the city for a weekday evening but delivered a good quality spacious room with all the amenities needed. Impressed with the stay given the price, with good location for the city and also a good range of snacks/drinks available for purchase in the reception area"

"Room was huge - we had the disabled access one. The bathroom is the biggest I’d seen. A few stains on the carpet but they been scrubbed as best they could.
Would have liked some bedside lights, ended up using the TV on a scrambled signal to give a little light.
Staff were friendly and really helpful. To the point of intervening with parking because it’s free at the weekend.
Top tip - if you’re heading to Winchester, get the bus. Bus stop a short walk away, the route I direct, every 10mins....

"The staff & host was very helpful especially with getting us a taxi to the cruise ship.
The hotel is in a good location to walk around. Room was spacious with a king bed & two chairs with a small fridge. You do pay for parking a car but had a lot of room. Good options for breakfast."

"The bar staff need some serious training, terrible service on Saturday evening , staff looked like university students clueless and zero customer service
The room was ok, lots of fluff and dust under the bed, no I didn't deliberately check, I dropped something and saw it, the shower cubicle needs a good scrub too! And no fridge in the room!"

"Comfortable room and stay. Leisure facilitates were good. Great sized pool. Main house was beautiful and staff helpful.
There appeared to be a lack of signage where the reception was etc.
Breakfast was amazing and good value."
